guilty when indulging in your favourite drink
Unable
to find a comfortable sleeping angle
Difficulty
fitting into your bed
Caught
yourself wondering if perhaps what the others have been hinting at may have
some truth after all
Then
it’s high time to -
Start
exercising
Do push-ups
Hit
the gym
Do the treadmill
Take
up cycling
Or
work the exercise bike
Lift dumbbells
Go for walks (and stop occasionally to smell the flowers)
And last but not least, embark on a healthy diet and embrace a healthy lifestyle
After
all, at the end of the day, we all want to look good and hot and desirable. And
remember, no pain, no gain.
On
a serious note, please do whatever it takes to keep yourself active and alert. A
masseuse once told me that we must get up and move at least once every hour and
it can help us live longer lives. Prolonged sitting can kill us!
