An early morning shower greeted Eid and Friday progressed along the same weather line. It was dry one minute and wet the other. We had our usual share of visitors and the day turned out fine regardless of the weather. Saturday and Sunday were much too hot though and the heat made me exhausted.
It was a good Eid celebration, regardless of the weather. Eid Mubarak again, everyone.

There were 1001 reasons to be cheerful as Arsenal scored the 1001st goal under Wenger on Saturday as they hosted Bolton. LK6 led the way (I love his joyful celebration) but was later guilty with gifting Bolton an equaliser just before half-time. Still, we endured the visitors’ brute force with a landmark win (despite Shava’s best impersonations of Adebuywhore with his offsides). Captain Cesc, who admitted he was out of form against Blackburn, was back and although still didn’t look 100% match-fit to me supplied a hat-trick of assists, gave a majestic performance with his commitment and was unsurprisingly man of the match. My star man and our fulcrum ;’) he does his talking on the pitch.
